Oriol Health Care is in search of an Executive Assistant to work closely with the President / CEO. The role demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. This is a full-time position working 30 hours per week from either 9 : 00am - 3 : 30pm.
The pay range for this position : $19 - $20 an hour.
Key responsibilities include :
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conducting research and compiling data for reports
- Serving as a liaison between the executive and other staff members
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is essential.
