Director of Operations (Offshore)
Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Director of Operations (Offshore) to lead food service and janitorial operations across onshore and offshore facilities, including oil rigs and camps. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. 40-60% travel is associated with this role.
What You'll Do
- Drive and / or support strategic business development initiatives by identifying new market or expansion opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the organizations customer base and revenue streams.
- Manage the catering and facilities management services on offshore and onshore facilities.
- Direct resources in response to client account needs and requests.
- Ensure that clients scope of work and standards are understood and met.
- Supervise a team of operational / project support positions.
- Align services in support of company or divisional initiatives.
