We’re looking for a Sales Representative in the petrochemicals & refineries industry in Corpus Christi, TX .

Our client supplies scalable, temporary cooling solutions to commercial construction sites, property managers, and HVAC contractors. This role focuses on delivering fast, effective solutions during outages, retrofits, and new build phases.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue opportunities in commercial construction and building services
  • Propose technical equipment packages for temporary cooling needs
  • Work closely with contractors, facility managers, and consultants
  • Support installations and provide project oversight
  • Build client relationships and manage sales cycle through CRM

Keep tabs on construction market trends and upcoming projects

The successful candidate has :

  • 3–5 years in technical sales, ideally within HVAC or mechanical contracting
  • Solid understanding of building systems and cooling requirements
  • Proven track record of closing and managing projects
  • Degree or diploma in mechanical or building engineering preferred
  • Ability to coordinate with contractors and construction teams

    Compensation and benefits :

  • $70,000 base salary range
  • Comprehensive commission structure with bridge for first year
  • Company vehicle or allowance
  • Full benefits package
  • Strong support team and technical training provided
