What You'll Achieve as Our Onboarding Specialist

In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing a seamless and enjoyable on boarding experience. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Develop and Oversee Onboarding Programs: Design and implement structured on boarding plans that embody Orionyx's values and ensure every new hire is prepared and excited to contribute.
• Create Tailored New Hire Experiences: Personalize on boarding for each new employee to make them feel valued from the start.
• Coordinate with Key Departments: Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and departmental teams to ensure on boarding runs smoothly, from equipment setup to training schedules.
• Lead Orientation Sessions: Host engaging, informative orientation sessions that introduce new hires to Orionyx's culture, mission, and vision.
• Promote Connection & Engagement: Serve as the go-to person for new hires, providing answers, resources, and a friendly face to ease their transition.
• Track Progress & Collect Feedback: Regularly check in with new hires, gather feedback to continually refine the on boarding experience, and promptly address any concerns.
• Document & Enhance Onboarding Processes: Maintain updated on boarding documentation, evaluate program effectiveness, and contribute ideas to improve overall efficiency.

Who You Are

We're seeking someone who's warm, organized, and genuinely interested in creating a positive experience for others. Here's what makes a great fit:

• Experience: 2-4 years in on-boarding, HR, or employee engagement, ideally in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable, with an ability to make people feel comfortable and welcomed.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a meticulous approach to scheduling and setup.
• Proactive and Solution-Focused: Able to anticipate and address the needs of new hires, offering quick resolutions to any issues.
• Organizational Skills: Able to handle multiple priorities and keep track of various details.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR software, on boarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
