Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience is required from any number of months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details :

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

24 hours guaranteed

Weekend Requirements : Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

On Call Requirements : On call schedule to be determined by facility

Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.

All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

Maximum days off : 7 days

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
