Burning Stick Creative is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team of social media marketing professionals as a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will help develop and execute relevant social media campaigns on behalf of clients, create shareable content / deliverables to support greater brand awareness and engagement, and work alongside our team of social media content creators and other creatives. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with experience in copywriting, graphic design, social media advertising, and digital content creation. Experience with ad management and Meta Ads Manager is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage and grow social media channels to increase followers and engagement.
  • Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
  • Create and monitor engaging ad campaigns and complete monthly reporting summaries for each client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their target audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.
  • Video editing skills are recommended but not required.
