This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum while ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in the classroom. Work Location : In person Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and cooperation among students.
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful and productive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of best practices in early childhood education.

  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
  • Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children.
  • Proficiency in lesson planning that incorporates various subjects such as math, physical education, and creative arts.
  • Ability to manage behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among children.
  • Previous experience in daycare or private school settings is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
