Primary Responsibilities
Consumer and Realtor Experience :
- Respond to all email, phone, and text leads with a sense of expediency while remaining customer focused and personable.
- Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with other important selling points of each community.
- Qualify each lead based on stated needs and determine best community and / or floor plan fit via strong understanding of all current and future communities.
- Provide consistent follow-up to online lead with the goal setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Counselors, including outbound calling and prospecting.
- Maintain relationships with realtor partners through monthly follow up.

Required Education
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
Real Estate License as required by local / state requirements.
Required Experience
Related Functional Experience : Minimum 2 years professional experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
Proven email and phone communication skills.
Sales contact / lead management database experience.
Experience in new home construction industry is a plus.
