Job description

Recovery Specialist

This position will report onsite to either the Corporate Headquarters location in Springfield, Oregon, or a branch in Bend, Oregon. This position may become eligible for a hybrid onsite and remote work arrangement once training is completed, and for those who meet the program requirements.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for monthly incentives based on the production of specific recovery and bankruptcy activities. Although there is not a minimum or maximum incentive threshold, on average a Recovery Specialist earns around $4,820 per month in incentives. To aid with the learning curve, new hires will receive a tiered, minimum guaranteed incentive payout for the first 6 months of active employment unless incentives over tiered amounts are earned, in which case the higher amount will be paid.
