The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial collections, analyzing deductions and overpayments, and negotiating payment arrangements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain our commercial collections portfolio, ensuring timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments Research and resolve payment discrepancies, using your analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutions Negotiate payment arrangements, balancing the need for payment with the need to maintain good customer relationships Analyze deductions and overpayments, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve processes and reduce errors Prepare reports on account status for senior management, providing clear and concise information on the financial health of the company Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial collections Proven experience in researching payment discrepancies and negotiating payment arrangements Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze deductions and overpayments Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office, particularly Oracle Interested in hearing more?
