Staff, Business Operations Analyst
We are seeking a Staff, Business Operations Analyst to support critical business operations for the IE-IOT Business Unit (BU). This role spans demand planning, inventory management, product lifecycle management, and new product introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate will leverage AI, data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year demand forecasts for IE-IOT products.
- Support demand planning processes, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and executed in partnership with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Product Management and Finance Management.
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics to improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels with appropriate buffer strategy, with goal to meet customer-service level and/or financial targets.
- Assist with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes: consolidate monthly demand updates in Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse). Perform monthly assessment with feedback on wafer start plans, demand time fence, and safety stock updates. Support adhoc and risk/mitigation analysis, as needed.
- Collaborate with Regional teams, Supply Chain and Finance on demand changes and understand when demand is affected by supply constraints.
- Drive Product Lifecycle Management, including:
- Product Change Notices (PCN): Track customer acceptance, demand transition, and inventory depletion.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support lifecycle and demand management.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for IE-IOT BU, including acquisitions support, regulatory analysis / tracking, Evaluation Kit (EVK) forecasting / tracking.
- Lead process improvements and system implementations to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Understanding IE-IOT business strategies related to customer/product planning and capacity forecasting.
- Identify, monitoring and addressing risks, demand shifts, and opportunities based on a deep understanding of the business and available data.
- Acts as a liaison across departments to communicate information and resolve conflicts in implementation schedules, operational challenges, or other complexities.
- Support NPI activities through production release. Roadmap consolidation with quarterly review with Supply Chain Management
- Help build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for capacity, cost, and service metrics; support automation and data pipeline improvements.
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Program Management to support execution of BU priorities.
- Assist in operational process improvements to drive scalability, accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of business operations or related experience. OR Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience with ERP, CRM (e.g., Sales Force), business analytics (e.g., Tableau), Microsoft Suite, or related systems/applications.
5+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
2+ years of relevant technology industry experience.
4+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits :
$106,400.00 - $159,600.00
