What You'll Do:

The Legal Operations team, within Legal and Government Affairs (LGA), has a core mission to establish a standardized, data-driven, and AI-enabled operating model to support CoreWeave's rapid growth and increase both LGA and business operating tempo. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping LGA operationalize its priorities through scalable systems, standardized workflows, and responsible AI-enabled capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a leading-edge technology company and contribute directly to our growth. Our team values collaboration and invites divergent thinking. We take a practical and efficient approach to everything we do and aim to build strong and trusting relationships with our team, leadership, and cross-functional partners.

About the role:

We're looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to support the operational integrity of LGA systems and workflows. Reporting to the Manager, Legal Operations, this role will serve as the primary operational point of contact for LGA's core tools and intake processes, ensuring consistency, discipline, and scalability as the company grows.

This position requires strong operational judgment, systems fluency, and the ability to manage recurring workflows while serving as the first line of defense for process and tooling issues. Working closely with the Legal Operations team, you will support the day-to-day execution of LGA systems, workflows, and intake processes. By ensuring workflows run smoothly, systems are used correctly, and issues are addressed quickly, you will help reinforce the operational foundation that supports LGA's ability to deliver timely, high-quality support to the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Support day-to-day operational management of Legal systems, including CLM, e-billing/spend platforms, and workflow tools
  • Serve as the first point of contact for intake, tooling, and workflow issues across LGA
  • Ensure consistent intake routing, lifecycle hygiene, and metadata discipline
  • Reinforce adherence to established workflow and governance standards
  • Identify recurring friction points and propose and support implementation of structured operational improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and IT to resolve execution issues
  • Maintain and improve documentation, SOPs, and operational playbooks
  • Escalate systemic or structural issues appropriately

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in Legal Operations, contracts administration, legal systems, or business operations in a high-growth environment Experience owning operational workflows within CLM, e-billing, or comparable enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of workflow discipline, process governance, and cross-functional coordination
  • Comfortable operating independently while making operational decisions within defined guardrails
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and recommend process improvements
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and business functions

Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

  • You enjoy bringing structure to complex, fast-moving operational environments
  • You take ownership of recurring workflows and proactively improve them over time
  • You are detail-oriented and disciplined in enforcing defined standards
  • You are comfortable serving as the first line of defense for systems and process integrity
  • You think in terms of scalability and consistency, not just task completion
