We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to support the assembly and preparation of products used in in-home care.
This role goes beyond traditional picking and packing. You’ll be responsible for building detailed kits, preparing devices, and executing structured workflows that directly impact patient care.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow clearly defined processes.
Most warehouse roles focus on moving products.
This role focuses on building and preparing them.
In this position, you will:
Assemble multi-item care kits with precision
Prepare and configure devices (e.g., tablets, equipment)
Follow structured workflows where accuracy matters more than speed alone
Work in an environment with higher standards for quality and compliance

Assemble and kit products with a high degree of accuracy
Follow step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs)
