Education

Job Summary:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Support professional to manage the meal ordering and billing process for a multi-airline catering unit.
• This role is essential in ensuring accurate communication between airline systems and internal operations, supporting flight meal logistics, and maintaining smooth administrative workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Receive and process flight loads and meal counts from airline systems.
• Generate billing information and produce check sheets for meal orders.
• Accurately transfer data between Airlines’ POS system and internal systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing to airline partners.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Unit Manager.
