This role will focus on driving a high-quality candidate experience while supporting core People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR coordination. You will partner closely with leadership to support hiring across clinical, operational, and administrative roles, while also ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliTalent Acquisition Recruitment Execution: Execute recruiting efforts across clinical, operational, and administrative roles. Partner with leadership to support hiring needs across the clinic network./liliSourcing and Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach strategies./liliCandidate Screening and Experience: Conduct initial candidate outreach and structured screening interviews. Manage candidates through the interview process, ensuring a professional, timely, and high-quality experience./liliOnboarding and Employee Experience: Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including coordination, documentation, and training support.
