Definition: The Operations Manager is a member of the leadership team. The Operations Manager is responsible for running both ALS/BLS calls. The Operations Manager will be responsible for all duties assigned to them by the Director of Operations. Management Duties:

Working environment: The job of the Operations Manager is a "production" team member. This incumbent will be assigned to an ambulance on a regular basis. However, this position will also have administrative responsibility that will be assigned by the Director of Operations.
