As an Operations Management Rotation Program Member at Woodward, you will participate in a dynamic two-year program designed to accelerate your growth as a technical and future business leader. Through three immersive 8-month rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in the areas of Operations Management, Materials Management, and Operational Excellence. Each rotation is structured to build both technical depth and cross-functional breadth, with assignments ranging from supervision, material management and planning, and continuous improvement. Rotation Program Members may relocate to one of Woodward's US sites for each rotation. Exceptional candidates will have the interest and drive to learn across the Industrial and Aerospace segments, the desire and adaptability to relocate multiple times, and the passion to develop as a future leader at Woodward.

You will engage in formal learning, professional skills training, and leadership development seminars, while benefiting from mentorship, regular performance reviews, and exposure to Woodward leadership. The program offers competitive compensation, relocation support, and opportunities for professional certificate attainment, preparing you to make a significant impact within Woodward's global engineering organization.

Successful candidates typically have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
