As a Operations Business Analyst, you'll oversee a full range of activities to ensure operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems and processes. You'll provide expertise to lead initiatives focused on reimagining operational processes by designing technical solutions that support internal business units. Working with cross-operational teams, you'll develop a deep understanding of current and future processes, create intuitive user-friendly designs, and manage these solutions through development, testing and delivery.Some of your key responsibilities include project management and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective process solutions and business requirements. In this role, you must think critically, demonstrate independent resourcefulness, take ownership, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business. This includes being flexible and a resourceful team player with a "get it done" attitude capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.What you'll need:
