Company: Organized Human LLC

About Us
At Organized Human LLC, we specialize in decluttering and rejuvenating schools and businesses through comprehensive organizing services—from hauling and installation to inventory collection, furniture assembly, and full-site transformations. Our mission is to craft functional, beautiful environments that empower our clients to thrive.

We’re a fast-growing, 7-figure company built on Relentless Impact, Grit in Action, and Integrity That Elevates. These values guide everything we do—for our clients, our team, and ourselves. We don’t just organize spaces—we transform lives.

Organized Human LLC: We Don’t Hire Workers—We Seek Visionary Leaders
We’re not looking for just anyone. At Organized Human LLC, we are a tight-knit crew of fearless professionals who tackle challenges others won’t touch, and we do it with skill, confidence, and impact in mind. Our work is demanding, hands-on, and deeply rewarding.

That’s why we invest in every team member's growth with in-person performance reviews, monthly evaluations, and weekly check-ins. We don’t just expect excellence, we live it, and we raise the bar every single day. We only consider candidates who are passionate, aligned with our mission, and ready to thrive in a culture where vision, grit, and heart matter most.

This is a physical, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll lift, sort, clean, install, haul, label, build, and organize—working alongside a driven team that’s committed to doing meaningful work and making real, visible change.

Schedule
Crew members will typically work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM- 40 hours each week. Crew members are occasionally scheduled to work on Saturdays and during evening hours during the week to accommodate certain clients, but this is uncommon. All crew members are required to report on-site by 7:45 AM/fifteen minutes before start time. This time allows crew members to obtain security clearance (presenting valid ID, signing the security visitor logbook, and possibly passing through metal detectors) before entering the building, as this is required at every site we work at.

Site Environments
We travel across the five boroughs every week, visiting a new location each week. Working strictly for institutions within NYC's Department of Education, we take great reverence in our positions and our work- always remaining clean, respectful, and conscious of our surroundings. Being that no two schools are the same, we come prepared for anything. Sometimes our projects are in clean offices and book rooms, while others are in basements, attics, and closets that require personal protective equipment (provided by leadership to crew members) to keep us safe on the job. Job sites often come with dirt, dust, and varying temperatures.

Physical Requirements
While some projects, such as our file-sorting jobs, are more reliant on our analytical skills, others are more labor-intensive. Not every school has an elevator, which sometimes requires us to haul trash, lift furniture, and traverse several flights of stairs to get a job done. Each crew member is required to lift at least 25lbs on their own and in collaboration with other crew members, and to do so repeatedly. This role does not often allow sitting while working, as most of our projects require us to be on our feet all day. Good physical health is a requirement for this role to be sustainable in the long term.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Organizing & Cleanup
  • Declutter and organize classrooms, closets, supply rooms, and offices.
  • Remove garbage and unwanted items; assist with hauling and disposal.
  • Label supplies, file paperwork, and maintain inventory systems.
  • Help with layout redesigns and set up newly arranged spaces.
Furniture & Installation Support
  • Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.
  • Install shelving, bins, or signage as required by the project.
  • Handle tools and supplies with care and safety in mind.
Team Collaboration & Site Support
  • Follow site-specific directions and workflows provided by the leadership team.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates, clients, and supervisors.
  • Represent the Organized Human brand with professionalism and pride.
Compensation & Training Period
This position begins with a structured 30-60-90 Individual Development Plan (IDP) designed to onboard and train new team members on organizational foundations.

During this period, you will join the team as an Operations & Organizing Associate (OOA) at $25/hr. You’ll be trained on our systems, tools, and expectations while developing your skills and earning trust as a core team member.

If expectations are met and the fit is mutual upon completion of the 30-60-90 IDP, leadership will propose a new IDP for the remaining 3 months of the probationary period. This plan is designed to fast-track high performers toward becoming a specialist or lead on the team. The 120-150-180 IDP will be crafted using data from previous performance reviews and evaluations to outline a higher-responsibility, skill-focused trajectory aligned with one’s individual strengths. Accepting the 120-150-180 IDP increases compensation to $26/hr for the remainder of the probationary period.

Upon successful completion of the 120-150-180 IDP and 6-month probationary period, team members who demonstrate strong performance and commitment to growing with Organized Human will be promoted from OOA to their specialized title. This promotion transitions the role from full-time hourly compensation at $26/hr to full-time salaried compensation equivalent to $28/hr for a 40-hour workweek (approx. $58,240 annually), with cash bonuses, increased responsibility, and long-term growth within the company.

What We Offer
  • $25-$26/hr during training
  • $28/hr full-time salary post-training
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • 2 weeks paid vacation + 5 paid sick days
  • Birthday gifts + monthly team appreciation dinners
  • A supportive team culture rooted in respect, consistency, and purpose
  • Hands-on experience transforming environments and lives
Growth Potential
Top performers may advance to Lead Organizing Associate or Specialist roles, with higher pay, expanded leadership responsibilities, and the opportunity to train and mentor new hires. We’re growing fast—and we love to promote from within.

We can’t wait to meet you. Let’s bring order to the chaos—together.
