Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Manufacturing (Hybrid)
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently within the internal systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Generate quotes and enter data into ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for clients within the industrial manufacturing industry.
Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

A successful Inside Sales Representative should have:
3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and CRM platforms.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with both internal teams and external customers.
Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office tools.
An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.
Understanding of commercial terms, order processing, and customer lifecycle.
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
Competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 USD.
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote after onboarding).
