Locations: La Jolla, Encinitas & Murrieta
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Led by Dr. Chandra Spring-Robinson, a board-certified gynecologic surgeon and regional leader in endometriosis and advanced gynecologic care, our practice delivers high-quality, patient-centered gynecology in a high-volume private practice setting.
While the practice includes complex surgical care, this role is clinic-based only. The focus is on outpatient gynecology, continuity of care, and delivering an excellent patient experience in a setting where patients actively choose their provider.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring two clinic-based Physician Assistants to support outpatient gynecologic care. Candidates should be comfortable practicing independently in clinic, managing both routine and complex gynecologic patients based on experience and training, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position does not include operating room duties or hospital-based surgical care, but does include post-operative follow-up and call coverage.
CLINIC LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS
We are hiring for two distinct clinic-based coverage roles, each with a structured and predictable schedule:
Providers will be assigned to specific clinic locations on different days of the week (ex. Mon-Tues Encinitas & Weds-Fri La Jolla). There is no expectation to travel between multiple clinic locations in a single day.
