Industrial Medical Provider Advanced - PRN
Locations : Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Cudahy, Oconomowoc, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, West Bend, Jefferson, New Berlin, WI
Employment Type : PRN (As Needed; Hours Not Guaranteed)
About the Role
We are seeking a PRN Industrial Medical Provider Advanced (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver high-quality occupational and industrial medical services across multiple onsite employer locations in southeastern Wisconsin. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, variety in their schedule, and the opportunity to work within employer-based clinic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Conduct routine occupational health services, which may include physicals, screenings, wellness checks, and return-to-work evaluations
- Perform point-of-care testing and basic diagnostic procedures
- Document all patient encounters accurately within designated EMR systems
- Collaborate with onsite teams, safety managers, and remote medical directors (when applicable)
- Maintain compliance with state and federal occupational health standards
- Travel to assigned employer locations as needed
