About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients with pelvic health issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance patient recovery.
  • Educate patients on pelvic health, exercises, and self-management strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in pelvic health therapy.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Specialization or certification in pelvic health preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a patient-centered approach.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic or pelvic health settings is a plus.
