Job Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' individual needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies : Utilize evidence-based approaches to boost patients' physical skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living functions.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families : Educate patients and caregivers on techniques that facilitate ongoing recuperation and independence at home.
