[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities. Document and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols. Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and / or customers while maintaining a visible presence. Support access control procedures and / or visitor management as required by site-specific policies. Assist with emergency response activities and provide information or direction as needed during critical situations. Applicants must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Financial Center Patrol in Saint Louis, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you'll monitor and patrol locations within the financial services environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication.
