Job Overview-Occupational Therapist :

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities.
  • Evaluate patients' physical and age-related needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Use professional judgment to help patients achieve maximum independence according to their functional level and potential.
  • Conduct patient / client evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams through professional consultations to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
  • Comply with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
  • This is a 0.9 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) position working days.
  • Eligible candidates receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications and payment conditions.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education / experience.
  • Occasional specialized occupational therapy training may be required to meet departmental needs.
  • Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist License at hire.
  • National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) certification at hire.
