Physical Therapist (Full-Time) — Raleigh Bone and Joint Physical Therapy (Raleigh, NC)

Raleigh Bone and Joint Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist who’s driven, professional, and excited to help build something great. We’re looking for a clinician who doesn’t just “treat the schedule,” but wants to create , lead , and grow —someone eager to develop specialty programs, elevate patient experience, and help move our practice forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care (evaluations, treatment plans, progressions, discharge planning)
  • Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and the clinical team
  • Help develop and grow specialty programs (examples : post-op pathways, sports performance, golf rehab, shoulder / hip / knee programs, injury prevention, cash-based wellness services, etc.)
  • Contribute to clinic growth through professionalism, consistency, and a “team-first” mindset
  • Maintain excellent documentation and communication standards

    • Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical skills and initiative are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and time-management skills

  • Salary Range : $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience and fit)
