OUTREACH / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LIAISON
Ignitus Recovery
Cherry Hills Recovery | Boulder Hills Recovery
Behavioral Health | Substance Use & Mental Health
Location : Denver Metro Area (Field-Based)
Travel : 100%
Type : Full-Time, W-2
Schedule : Mon–Fri, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm and potential after hours and weekends
Compensation : $65,000 – $85,000
Bonus - Quarterly based on financial performance
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ignitus Recovery is a growing behavioral health company, providing residential and outpatient services at Cherry Hills Recovery and Boulder Hills Recovery. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build an exceptional treatment program from the ground up.
The Outreach Representative develops and maintains professional referral relationships that drive appropriate admissions to Ignitus Recovery’s programs. This is a high-autonomy, field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, ethical outreach, and entrepreneurial environments.
You will be invested in, supported and trained by a committed leadership team that values integrity, collaboration, and long-term impact over short-term sales tactics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage professional referral relationships across an assigned territory
Represent Ignitus Recovery with integrity, education, and professionalism
Track outreach activity and referrals in CRM
Partner closely with admissions and leadership
Attend outreach events, meetings, and conferences
QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
2+ years of behavioral health outreach or referral development experience
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
CRM experience
Comfort with daily travel and independent work
Preferred :
Existing Colorado referral relationships
Experience supporting residential or outpatient treatment programs
