Mains’l 7th Street Centre for the Arts program focuses on creating engaging, fun, and crowd-pleasing performances for audiences and performers alike! At the Centre for the Arts , we encourage acting and theatre to promote self-expression in a failure-free environment.
As a Program Specialist at our 7th Street Centre, you will work with talented people with disabilities in a creative environment ensuing they feel supported, valued and engaged in meaningful activities. The Program Specialist also ensures a safe environment in addition to supporting with caregiving responsibilities and supervision support.
The ideal candidate would have artistic skills in fine art, music, and dramatic arts. Being a calm / patient, self-motivated, highly social and attentive person will be key to the success of a Program Specialist working in this amazing position.
Statues : Part-time, 25 hours per week
Pay Rate : $18.25
Schedule : Mon / Weds / Fri 9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM Thurs 9 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
There are days we take the students on field trips throughout the community. Must have a valid license and auto insurance as well as access to a vehicle and willing to drive the students as needed.

- Painting and building sets
- Participating in rehearsals, classes, and performances
