Job Summary
The Outreach Worker identifies and engages underserved individuals and connects them to mental health access services.
Responsibilities
Conduct outreach
Build community partnerships
Engage hard-to-reach populations
Support referrals
Track outreach in CIPS
Requirements
Outreach or human services experience
Strong communication skills
