Are you a top sales professional in your field? Are you seeking a new, more dynamic industry in which to sell? It's time for you to learn more about real estate! We are a dynamic, customer-centric team looking to share our passion for building a better community.

In this role, you will meet with multiple qualified clients each day.

Do you excel at any of the following?

  • Sales
  • Customer service
  • Diligent customer follow-up and follow-through
  • Have a real estate license

Compensation :

$90,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process

    • Qualifications :

  • Passionate about selling
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
