This positions goal will also be to double our brand awareness with traditional and strategic campaigns for our existing referral sources and grow our overall referral base by consistently bringing on 20 new referral relationships weekly. Candidate must be able to converse with insurance adjusters, property owners and internal staff. / ph3Responsibilities / h3ulliIdentify and market to all types of referral sources / liliDevelop lasting relationships with key referral sources to acquire jobs / liliIdentify and attend key events and association meetings to cultivate new referral sources / liliManage marketing materials and reorder materials necessary for referral cultivation / liliManage swag and leave behind gifts / food for referral sources within set budget / liliOperate email campaigns for event cultivation and top of mind brand awareness / liliWork with internal staff to stay informed on all referral sources jobs / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED / liliHave a minimum of 2 years outside sales meeting with customers and qualifying leads / liliShow past sales performance over time with an average increase over time / liliWorking knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite of software / liliFull understanding of Microsoft outlook / liliEmail marketing experience with constant contact or MailChimp / liliCRM management experience / liliExcellent customer service skills / liliAble to speak and communicate effectively with all potential referral sources / liliBoth and trade show operational experience / li / ulpWork remote temporarily due to COVID-19. / ppCompensation : $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year / p / div
