  • Are a proactive connector who thrives on finding and developing new business opportunities.

  • Are obsessed with outreach, networking, and creating genuine relationships that lead to results.
  • Know how to collaborate and hand off leads like a pro, because team success matters more than solo credit.
  • Bring energy, resilience, organization, and a relentless drive to grow.
  • Knowledge of the plumbing, design, or construction industry is a huge advantage, but not mandatory. If you have the drive and professionalism, well teach you the rest.
  • Spanish fluency? A huge plus. Swagger? Mandatory.

    • What Youll Be Doing

  • Expanding Chariots presence by connecting with new and existing luxury clients.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers in high-end building and design.
  • Generating qualified opportunities and feeding them to the Design Sales team for closing.
  • Representing Chariot with professional polish and genuine charm at events, meetings, and site visits.
  • Partnering closely with leadership and the Design team to drive company-wide growth.

    • Quick Details

    Full-time | MF | 40 hours per week. No weekends or major holidays.

    Base salary + commission pay with no cap

    Travel in Utah + occasional regional opportunities
