Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our expanding remote team. In this role, you will actively seek out and meet with prospective clients in their communities to present insurance solutions that protect their financial well-being.
This position is 100% commission-based , offering unlimited earning potential for professionals who are self-motivated, personable, and eager to grow.
Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients in assigned territories
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Assess client needs and present tailored insurance solutions
Guide clients through the sales process and application completion
Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service

Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales or client-facing roles preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
