    Job Description :

    Trim-A-Seal Home Improvements is currently looking for individuals with exterior residential construction sales experience to join our growing team! We are especially seeking individuals with experience in the windows, siding, doors, gutters / gutter protection, retractable awnings, and / or concrete coating industries.​

    This is a 1099 outside sales position that works closely with both residential homeowners and our installation team. Our Sales Reps are continuously supplied with in-home leads! We have also recently partnered with Costco to sell our Sunsetter Awning product line. This program is now live in 5 stores and rapidly accelerating. We expect major growth for 2025. Our program allows our sales team the luxury of focusing on offering top notch customer service to pre-qualified homeowners with a demonstrated need for our products and services.​ Our leads encompass Northern Indiana, North Eastern Illinois, & Western Michigan but will be localized to each sales rep. Our leads do not require overnight stays.
