What you will be doing
The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees. The Engineer performs diagnosis, preventive maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems and basic computer skills a must. 2 years trade experience and / or completion of trade school. The Engineer will assist the front office with delivering guest requests. This person will also be required to assist with security in the building - this includes but is not limited to walking the perimeter, assisting with the fire panel, ensuring entrances are locked, etc.
