What You’ll Do :

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels - always fresh, always on time

Follow Dunkin’ recipes and quality standards with precision and consistency

Operate commercial baking equipment safely and effectively

Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards

Coordinate production timelines to ensure products are ready for the morning rush

Communicate with your team to stay ahead of demand

Support store success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You Bring :

Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required - we’ll train the right fit!)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift

Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment

Pride in your work and commitment to quality

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
