About the Role – Overnight Front Desk Host

Overnight Front Desk Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services, promotions, assisting with valet and bell requests, and answering overnight calls. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as the Overnight Front Desk Host. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in overnight hotel host jobs, we'd love to hear from you! The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 plus $1.00 overnight differential.
