What You’ll Be Doing: Identify, prospect, and close new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts Sell custom paper-based packaging solutions including kraft paper bags, mailers, and multi-layer packaging Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strategic targeting Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions Consistently meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets What We’re Looking For Direct experience selling paper packaging, flexible packaging is required 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong hunter mentality Proven success closing large, complex deals Ability to operate independently and manage a multi-state territory Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Interested in hearing more?
