Poly Trucking, Inc. is currently seeking an Inventory Control / Parts Clerk.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and / or services ordering and inventory control.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to receive, stock, and / or deliver goods.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable working outside and in non-climate controlled work environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, and accurately document information.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic math skills are needed.
• Need to count correctly and accurately.
• Need knowledge of unit of measurement conversion.

Responsibilities

The candidate for this job will be responsible for processing orders and all associated documents, transfer orders, staging of material, return of material and performing cycle counts in a timely manner to ensure timely and accurate accounting of materials. Receives, unpacks, and stocks inventory. Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures. If necessary, adjust the errors in the system.

The successful candidate must possess good communication skills. Needs to accurately monitor, and store inventory and resolve discrepancies in inventories using provided resources. Computer literate and able to quickly learn required software.

The shift for this position is Monday-Friday, 3pm to 1am.
