Purchasing Coordinator

Join our team as a Purchasing Coordinator on a contract to hire basis to assist with backlog during our ERP implementation. This role has the potential to transition into permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow standard work procedures and guidelines.
• Utilize Excel and Outlook for data entry and communication.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email, ensuring data accuracy.
• Multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit a driven attitude and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment :

The work environment offers a business casual dress code with casual, closed-toe shoes required. Steel toe shoes are necessary for manufacturing floor access. The work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM with some flexibility available. The position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of visits to manufacturing sites every two to three months, where travel expenses will be covered. The role is based in multiple locations with potential for relocation within the next six months.

This is a Contract to hire position based out of Westfield, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
