Key Responsibilities :
- Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
- Provide accurate parts guidance and product knowledge with a focus on Ford vehicles (Ford experience a plus)
- Process orders invoices and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory integrity stock levels and a clean organized workspace.
- Manage phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Support departmental goals and contribute to top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on OEM parts programs accessories and promotions.
