Job Description :
Impact Church, one of the fastest growing churches in Arizona is seeking a full time youth pastor who will be responsible for pastoring, caring, and developing spiritual formation to youth, grades 6- in our church, community, and city.
We expect the candidate to have a growing, personal relationship with Christ, and a big heart for young people. This individual should possess good communication skills, an ability to think outside of the box, be able to work as both a team player and leader, develop leaders, and have efficient organizational skills.

Youth Pastor Purpose : To serve as primary pastor to the youth, grades 6-, of Impact Church; to plan and participate in services, activities, and events that reflect the core values and vision of Impact Church; in collaboration with the Next Gen Team empower a team of volunteer leaders to minister to youth and families of Impact and the greater Scottsdale community; serve along side the Next Gen Team’s vision to reach ages 0-.

Create and maintain an exciting, engaging environment for teenagers to encounter God through fun, friends, and discipleshipLead weekly Sunday morning services for grades 6-8Lead weekly Sunday night services for grades 6-Build a strong volunteer team to develop and deploy into the ministryProvide pastoral leadership for, and participate in, youth groupParticipate in weekly young adult services and eventsCollaborate with Next Gen Pastor / Lead Pastor in cultivating a similar culture with the young people integrated into the main servicesPlan and execute annual Impact Youth Camp along side Next Gen TeamFacilitate weekly youth bible study in partnership with church midweek bible studiesParticipate in community gatherings, school campuses, and create personal image within communityEngage parents in the spiritual formation of the youthParticipate in all church wide activities including services, events, conferences, gatherings, etc.Submit to the vision of the Lead Pastor and the direction of Impact ChurchPreferred Experience :
