Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications with the USPTO and foreign patent offices

Maintain patent docketing systems and ensure timely tracking of deadlines and filings

Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and outside counsel regarding patent matters

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal or IP-related coursework a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with IP docketing software is a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
