A company is looking for a Patent Paralegal to manage domestic and international patent matters.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the full patent prosecution process, including application drafting and portfolio management
Prepare and file patent applications and related documents with the USPTO and international patent offices
Track deadlines and manage domestic and foreign prosecution dockets, ensuring timely responses to office actions
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years' experience in patent prosecution support, including domestic and international filings
In-depth knowledge of USPTO procedures and PCT / international patent processes
Demonstrated expertise managing the entire patent lifecycle from intake to maintenance
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Proficiency with patent docketing systems and relevant MS Office tools
