In this role, you will provide clients with exceptional service while maintaining strict confidentiality and quality assurance. You will manage all aspects of client cases from discovery to settlements, mediation, and trial preparation all while ensuring every file reflects accuracy, professionalism, and care. • Meet with managing attorney, operations, and senior paralegal to understand priorities, workflow, and expectations.
• Review all active Oregon cases; create a Case Status Grid with stages, deadlines, and risks.
• Gain full fluency in SmartAdvocate; identify Oregon-specific setup gaps.
• Draft and file discovery, settlement documents, and motion templates while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Establish professional communication channels with attorneys, clients, and insurance partners.
• Build trust through responsiveness, attention to detail, and discretion.
