A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support physicians, dietitians, and patients in a telemedicine environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a panel of patients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and issues

Coordinate patient care by addressing general inquiries and routing clinical questions to the appropriate team

Schedule and reschedule patient appointments while maintaining clinician availability and patient engagement

Required Qualifications

Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is strongly preferred

At least two years of experience in a fast-paced medical practice

Strong customer service drive and passion for helping patients

Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace

Motivation to pursue a career in clinical medicine is encouraged
