Processes and maintains company and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances or positions of trust. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience leading a security officer or acting independently as a personnel security officer
• Knowledge of reporting systems such as the Joint Access Database Environment
• Ability to track, receive, and send personnel security clearances through the appropriate DoW systems
• Ability to manage polygraph requests and validate polygraph status
• Ability to manage the Personnel Access Request and Personnel Security Questionnaire processes for access authorization and maintenance
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 10+ years of experience as a personnel security specialist
• Experience managing Special Access clearances within the DoW or Intelligence Community
• Ability to operate independently and to clearly and professionally communicate with external stakeholders

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
