Overview
Perform cycle counts within all areas of the warehouse as well as compile and report all findings to the management team. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels. Ensure transactions in the system are accurately and timely executed. Ensure Inventory Adjustments are documented, accurately, and timely posted. Collaborate with Operational Teams to ensure compliance and best practice procedures are adhered to.
Location : Lockport, IL
Compensation : $25.00 to $27.70 per hour with bonus potential
Schedule : Sunday through Thursday, 5 : 00 am to 1 : 30 pm
Training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. (start date and for the duration of approximately 4-6 weeks)
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle count activities in accordance with NDCP procedures.
- Identify and properly correct inventory discrepancies at the location level as needed, including count, location, hidden damages, etc.
- Prepare reports using Manhattan, SAP and Excel and present findings to Management.
- Work with key personnel to identify and effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels.
- Check in daily returns, RAR’s, damages and overages.
- Verify code dated product is rotated properly.
- Provide as needed troubleshooting, analysis and recommendations on inventory systems hardware (RF scanners, mobile hand-held computer / scanners, vehicle mounted data terminals).
- Move pallets with forklift or powered jacks.
- Participate on project teams as needed.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
