A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OVERNIGHT PET CARE TEAM LEADER

As an Overnight Pet Care Team Leader, you are a lifesaver for our clients and their pets. Sometimes, people have to leave their pups overnight, and you are there to reassure them that their beloved animals are safe and well cared for. Each evening shift, you come to work ready to watch over the pups in our dog boarding facility, handle the front desk, and ensure that our facility is kept clean. With all these tasks to tackle, your shift is a busy one, but you are a multi-tasker extraordinaire. Using your excellent customer service skills, you greet clients, answer the phone, process payments, and provide nightly updates.

Our clients' pups are your main priority and your favorite thing about your job. Managing them in a group setting is sometimes hard work, but you know how to read their body language and settle difficulties before they arise. Poop is also part of your job, but a little cleanup now and then is worth the chance to spend your shift with such fun canine friends. Conscientious about upkeep, you ensure that our dog boarding facility is made clean and comfortable for our furry guests. All in all, it's a night well spent. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OVERNIGHT PET CARE TEAM LEADER

• Ability to manage canines in a group setting
• Availability to work overnight and some holidays
• Experience with customer service and cash register use
